Cucumbers and red bell pepper with sesame dressing

- INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups sliced CUCUMBERS
- 1/4 cup sliced RED ONION
- 1/2 cup chopped RED BELL PEPPER
- DRESSING
- 2 Tbsp SOY SAUCE
- 1 Tbsp WHITE RICE VINEGAR
- 1 Tbsp TOASTED SESAME OIL
- 2 tsp HONEY
- 2 Tbsp chopped CILANTRO
- 1 Tbsp SESAME SEEDS
- SALT and PEPPER to taste
- DRESSING
- DIRECTIONS
- Whisk DRESSING ingredients together. Pour over the vegetables and toss to coat.
