Fried Cabbage

Tangy and tasty fried cabbage is a delicious menu staple

PREPARATIONINGREDIENTS
PREP 10 min2 c GREEN CABBAGE, THINLY SLICED
COOK 10-12 min MED HEAT1 Tbsp OIL
NON-STICK SKILLET1 Tbsp CIDER VINEGAR
SERVES 41 tsp WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat OIL to medium heat
2. Add CABBAGE and stir lightly
3. Lower heat and saute to desired consistency
4. Add VINEGAR, SALT and PEPPER, and WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
5. Stir gently, cover, remove from heat, and let set for 5 minutes or longer.
