PREP 10 min | 2 c GREEN CABBAGE, THINLY SLICED |
COOK 10-12 min MED HEAT | 1 Tbsp OIL |
NON-STICK SKILLET | 1 Tbsp CIDER VINEGAR |
SERVES 4 | 1 tsp WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE |
| SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE |

INSTRUCTIONS |

1. Heat OIL to medium heat |
2. Add CABBAGE and stir lightly |
3. Lower heat and saute to desired consistency |
4. Add VINEGAR, SALT and PEPPER, and WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE |
5. Stir gently, cover, remove from heat, and let set for 5 minutes or longer. |
