Thai Salad with Peanut Sauce

Fresh and Crunchy with the Flavor of Thailand

    • 1 c cooked QUINOA (click the link for cooking instructions)
    • 2 c shredded CABBAGE
    • 1 c grated CARROT
    • 1 c thinly sliced SNOW PEAS
    • 1/2 c chopped CILANTRO
    • 1/4 c thinly sliced GREEN ONION
    • 1/4 c chopped roasted salted PEANUTS
    • 1 recipe THAI PEANUT SAUCE
    • Combine the cooked QUINOA, shredded CABBAGE, CARROT, SNOW PEAS, CILANTRO and GREEN ONION Toss to combine, then pour in the peanut sauce. Toss again until everything is lightly coated in sauce. Garnish with peanuts.
