RECIPES Thai Salad with Peanut Sauce Posted by Mary Ann Lesh on August 1, 2022August 9, 2022 Fresh and Crunchy with the Flavor of Thailand PREP 20 minCOOK 0 minSERVES 4 INGREDIENTS1 c cooked QUINOA (click the link for cooking instructions) 2 c shredded CABBAGE1 c grated CARROT1 c thinly sliced SNOW PEAS1/2 c chopped CILANTRO1/4 c thinly sliced GREEN ONION1/4 c chopped roasted salted PEANUTS1 recipe THAI PEANUT SAUCE DIRECTIONSCombine the cooked QUINOA, shredded CABBAGE, CARROT, SNOW PEAS, CILANTRO and GREEN ONION Toss to combine, then pour in the peanut sauce.
