Pre-cook whole green beans, then sautee them with chopped garlic in a little oil. Easy and delicious!

INGREDIENTS | |

1 c FRESH GREEN BEANS | 2 CLOVES GARLIC, FINELY CHOPPED |
1 Tbsp OIL | SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE |
INSTRUCTIONS |
1. Wash GREEN BEANS and cut off both ends, cook in boiling water about 4 minutes or until slightly tender; drain |
2. Heat the OIL and stir in the GREEN BEANS and chopped GARLIC until the garlic pieces are golden brown |
3. Add SALT and PEPPER to taste |
