Easy and delicious!
- PREP 15 min
- COOK 4 min, then SAUTEE 2 min
- SERVES 2
- 1 c FRESH GREEN BEANS
- 1 Tbsp OIL
- 2 CLOVES GARLIC, FINELY CHOPPED
- SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
- Wash GREEN BEANS and cut off both ends, cook in boiling water about 4 minutes or until slightly tender; drain
- Heat the OIL and stir in the GREEN BEANS and chopped GARLIC until the garlic pieces are golden brown
- Add SALT and PEPPER to taste
