RECIPE ~ Green Beans and Toasted Garlic

Pre-cook whole green beans, then sautee them with chopped garlic in a little oil. Easy and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
1 c FRESH GREEN BEANS2 CLOVES GARLIC, FINELY CHOPPED
1 Tbsp OILSALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Wash GREEN BEANS and cut off both ends, cook in boiling water about 4 minutes or until slightly tender; drain
2. Heat the OIL and stir in the GREEN BEANS and chopped GARLIC until the garlic pieces are golden brown
3. Add SALT and PEPPER to taste
