A quick and easy salad dressing. Use with Lentil Apricot Salad

PREP 10 minSERVES 4

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Tbsps LEMON JUICE
  • 1/2 t DIJON MUSTARD
  • 3 Tbsps OLIVE OIL
  • 1 Tbsp HONEY

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Whisk VINAIGRETTE ingredients together and drizzle over salad
