Use it in Thai Salad with Peanut Sauce

- INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 c smooth PEANUT BUTTER
- 3 Tbsp SOY SAUCE
- 1 Tbsp HONEY
- 1 Tbsp APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
- 1 tsp TAHINI
- 1 tsp grated FRESH GINGER
- 1 1/2 tsp LIME JUICE
- PINCH RED PEPPER FLAKES
- DIRECTIONS
- Whisk the PEANUT BUTTER and SOY SAUCE together until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth. If it is too thick, add water until it has the desirec consistency.
