A tasty sauce for noodles and salads. Use for THAI PEANUT SALAD.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 c SMOOTH PEANUT BUTTER
- 3 Tbsp SOY SAUCE
- 1 Tbsp HONEY
- 1 Tbsp APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
- 1 tsp TAHINI
- 1 tsp FRESH GINGER, grated
- 1 1/2 tsp LIME JUICE
- pinch of RED PEPPER FLAKES
INSTRUCTIONS
- Whisk the PEANUT BUTTER and SOY SAUCE until smooth
- Add remaining ingredients and continue to whisk until well blended
- If it is too thick, add WATER to achieve desired consistency
