- INGREDIENTS
- 2 BEETS, SLICED, RAW OR STEAMED
- 1 APPLE, THINLY SLICED
- 1 c LETTUCE
- 1/2 c PISTACHIOS, PEELED
- 2 Tbsp HONEY
- 2 Tbsp WHITE WINE VINEGAR
- 2 Tbsp DIJON MUSTARD
- 6 Tbsp OLIVE OIL
