Plant-Based Recipes

You may see all kinds of recipes here, but I have focused on seeking out simple dishes containing familiar basic ingredients. I try to keep recipe formats simple and quantities small because fresh-made is better than left over, many people are preparing meals for just one or two people, and I find it easier to multiply than to divide! If you’re cooking for a crowd, you can double or triple the amounts, or more.

There are no recipes containing meat, eggs, or milk products. If you are restricting oil, salt, sugar, or gluten, you may be able to adapt some recipes. Recipes with oil are marked with an asterisk (*). The oil can be omitted from some dishes without sacrificing flavor.
