Plant-Based Recipes

Simple dishes with mostly familiar ingredients. Formats are easy to follow and quantities small because fresh-made is better than left over, many are making meals for one or two people, and it’s easier to multiply than to divide!

There are no recipes containing meat, eggs, or milk products. If you are restricting oil, salt, sugar, or gluten, you may be able to adapt some recipes.
