I started this list to help me remember the plant foods I have been enjoying all my life. It continues to expand, including plant foods that I got to know after moving to Mexico and foods still new to me that are helping transition from animal-based to plant-based meals. The glossary includes plants and plant-based foods, such as raisins, prunes, tahini, and nutritional yeast . It also has links to information on nutrients.
