PLANT FOOD FACTS ~ Granola

You can put just about anything you like into granola–seeds, grains, dried fruit. Experiment with small amounts to find combinations that you like.

PREP 15 min1 1/2 c UNCOOKED OATMEAL
BAKE 25 MIN 350º F1/8 c SESAME SEEDS
COOKIE SHEET1/8 c WATER
MAKES 2 CUPS1/4 c BROWN SUGAR
1/2 tsp CINNAMON
1/2 tsp VANILLA
1/4 c ALMONDS
1/4 c RAISINS
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix together OATMEAL, SESAME SEEDS, and WATER
2. Add other ingredients and mix. Add more water, as needed. Mixture should be damp, but not too wet.
3. Spread mixture evenly on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350º F or until toasted
